Shipping Policy

1. Dispatch Timeline: In-stock wholesale saree catalogues are dispatched from our Surat warehouse within 2 to 4 working days after full payment confirmation. Custom manufacturing or large bulk uniform orders follow mutually agreed production timelines.

2. Delivery Modes: We deliver across India via registered road transport services for bulk bales and express couriers for smaller catalogue parcels. International shipping is handled through air cargo and container freight services.

3. Delivery Time: Domestic transit generally takes 3 to 7 working days depending on destination location and transport connectivity.

4. Tracking: A docket number or transport receipt (Bilty/LR copy) is shared via WhatsApp and email right after dispatch.

5. Shipping Charges & Taxes: Freight, transport delivery charges, local taxes, or international customs duties are payable by the buyer unless quoted as inclusive.
